By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The service is not directed to children under 16. Users under 16 need authorization from a parent or legal representative before submitting personal information. Purchases by minors require parent or guardian approval where applicable.
Daily Talk Topics is a mobile application that delivers conversation starters organized by category. Each day, a fresh set of categories and topics is made available.
Content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and social purposes only.
Pro monthly and annual subscriptions are offered through Google Play at the localized, tax-inclusive price shown before purchase. The purchase screen shows the billing interval, current price, and any trial or offer terms. Price changes are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled in Google Play. Google Play displays the applicable renewal and cancellation timing before purchase.
If a trial or introductory offer is available, Google Play shows its duration, eligibility, conversion date, and post-offer price before purchase. Unless cancelled under the displayed terms, it converts to the stated paid subscription.
Google Play processes payment. We receive subscription and entitlement information through RevenueCat but do not receive your card or bank details.
Restore Purchases asks Google Play and RevenueCat to recover eligible purchases for the Google account on the device and synchronizes the resulting entitlement to the current pseudonymous installation. RevenueCat's configured transfer and alias rules govern reassignment. Contact support if an eligible purchase is not restored.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Use Google Play's refund process first. You may also contact us if the store process does not resolve a service problem or mandatory remedy. Refund, withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, repair, termination, and cancellation rights provided by applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.
Where digital access begins immediately, Google Play may ask for acknowledgements relevant to statutory withdrawal rights. The exact rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the purchase.
The App allows you to submit topic suggestions. By submitting a suggestion, you:
You retain any rights you hold in a submission. We may reject, edit, or remove it. If approved text is incorporated into the general topic library, it may remain as unattributed content after the source submission is deleted because we can no longer reliably connect it to you.
All content in the App, including but not limited to conversation topics, categories, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Daily Talk Topics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content obtained through the App.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or serious breach of these Terms. Where practicable and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the App at any time.
We provide the service with reasonable care and aim to keep it available and conforming to its description. Mandatory statutory guarantees, conformity rights, and update obligations remain applicable.
Conversation topics are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and social use only. We do not guarantee that topics are accurate, appropriate for all situations, or free from errors. Use your own judgment when using conversation topics in social settings.
The App does not provide legal, medical, psychological, relationship, financial, or other professional advice. If you need professional guidance on any topic, consult a qualified professional. You should not rely on any content in the App as a substitute for professional advice.
Temporary interruptions and errors can occur. This statement does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, failure to provide mandatory consumer remedies, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you started using the service, or for business losses arising from personal consumer use. Your own actions, device environment, and third-party platform outages may affect available remedies.
We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product improvement. We will not materially reduce a paid service without notice and any remedy required by law.
If we discontinue the service, we will take reasonable steps to stop future renewals and communicate available cancellation or refund routes. Cached content may become unavailable or outdated.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App relies on Google Play, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Cloudflare, and hosting services. Their outages or terms may affect the service, but these Terms do not exclude responsibility or consumer remedies that applicable law assigns to us.
Dutch law applies, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their habitual residence.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law; these Terms do not require an exclusive Dutch forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, compatibility, or product reasons. We will identify the effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, mandatory notice, cancellation, and remedy rights remain available.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights you have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you, the mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail.
